Description of the stay:

During this stay you will discover Irish trout in all its forms: lake trout, river trout, brown trout, sea trout.

You are accompanied throughout your stay by a French fishing guide , he is there to share his experience and of course his passion! The fishing areas are mainly the rivers of the Boyne Valley, but also the remarkable Sheelin Lake!

You have the possibility to leave for a week or a weekend , staying in a hotel at Lakeside Manor with full board ! From your arrival at Dublin airport until the end of your holiday we take care of everything : transfers, accommodation booking, food, travel to the fishing areas... Allowing you to concentrate on fishing.

Fishing equipment:

During river outings it is possible to lend you rods and reels for fly fishing and lure fishing. However we advise you to bring your lures and waders. As for our rods we use among others the brands Illex, Sage and JMC recognized for their qualities in the world of fishing.

During lake outings you will be accompanied on board a fully equipped Bass Boat Tracker : 60HP engine allowing you to cover long distances quickly, Minikota electric motor, Humminbird echo sounder , etc.

Fishing and fish sector:

You are accompanied, among other things, on the River Boyne and the River Fane. These rivers are renowned for the abundance and size of trout (35cm on average), with fish weighing over 5kg each year. We guarantee you the best fishing conditions thanks to "No Kill" river management .

With access to 25km of public river and 8km of private river , you can practice lure fishing/dry fly fishing, depending on your desires.

Also included in your stay is fishing on Lake Sheelin , where the density of wild trout is the highest in Europe .

The size of the trout is on average 50cm for 2.5kg, guaranteeing you unforgettable fishing memories.
